Meet Jack

Jack is a Fort Worth native and Nolan Catholic High School graduate. Before going into law, he obtained both an English degree with a journalism concentration and an MBA, putting himself through business school while coaching college baseball. These diverse experiences combined to form a unique precursor to trial work: the journalistic attention to detail, the practicalities of business, and the focused and strategic preparation for competition.

Joining FSC immediately out of law school, where he was law-review managing editor, Jack became an invaluable member of the litigation practice headed by Walker Friedman. Jack has helped clients achieve favorable outcomes in a variety of complex cases, including will and trust contests, business divorce, fraud and breach of fiduciary duties, oil-and-gas trespass, contract disputes, pipeline easements, trade secrets, and federal labor law.

Jack’s practice is focused in Tarrant County, but he has experience in state and federal courts across Texas and beyond. In addition to trial work and representing clients in arbitrations, Jack has also handled appellate matters.
